it sounds to me like its either a dialect of italian (most likely) or spanish or maybe even french.

Nope.

Hint: Spoken in the Eastern Hemisphere. It isn't Indo-Europen, Afro-Asiatic, or Altaic.

hmm... really the only thing that's got me is the double a at the end of "fakanaa"...

that makes it tricky.

well it cant have been spoken in one of the americas because Aeetlcreejl said that the language came from the eastern hemisphere. perhaps sri lanka, but i doubt it because they would most likely speak one of the indo aryan languages there.
