I have no title for these verses of mine...
Hasta la próxima tierna palomita,
qué en paz duermas y sueñes
y mañana amanezcas alegre
con esa tu pícara sonrisa.
Yeah, I know they are in Spanish, but I don't think they would look OK once they're translated in English...
See you next, sweet little dove,
peacefully sleep and dream
and tomorrow gladly awake
with that naughty smile of yours.
At least my attempt to translate it doesn't look good...

Just some questions about the Spanish, I'll translate it soon.
How can alegre be used as gladly? Does it also function as an adverb?
And if you were emphasizing the 'of yours', wouldn't you use (de) suyo (and I'm wondering why 'tu' can come right after 'esa' here)?
Also: can you use 'qué en ___' to mean the adverb (either -ly or -fully in English) in general? (I would have thought to use 'con' rather than 'en,' but that's probably just stylistic.)
I think the translation works pretty well, personally, although 'see you next' does sound a bit off.

No, you can't, whenever we're talking about some state / status? (like peace) we use the "en" preposition, just like in rest in peace / descanse en paz...
