Sit on the floor on a cushion. It is usually more comfortable to cross your legs, but this is optional. You can do this meditation for a certain emotion or feeling, or just generally. For this meditation to have an effect, it is best to do it for at least 30 minutes.
Dak letops konet apēkanes prō o en'prō. Dak ēmes ten'tanako apēkaneq, samotā nomop. Dak ngārada lēs ten rōpen.
Start by breathing in and out calmly. You may count the breaths silently to yourself if that helps. Continue this until you feel your mind is clear.
Samotā dak'ten rōpen, dak mēses mēsefon "Ngofē Fon Ten" lēs dak moketa. Dak ēmes ngus mala, samotā nomop.
When your mind is clear, say the mantra "Ngofi Fon Ten" ("Freedom Of Mind") as many times as you like. You may use some beads if that helps.
Samotā dak lefas mēsefon, ten'leles aka rēk sōthet fele taren prō pon. Dak ten'leles ten'lōpeks panokan trato ngaka gōldoq.
When you finish repeating the mantra, imagine the emotion you are focusing on, or generally all bad feelings melting away into the floor. Then imagine your inner love spreading out to all people.
