Just had an email from Tsiasuk-Pron, who has come and joined. He's having an issue posting where hitting Submit only gave him a preview, but never submitted the message. So, I thought I'd try a message and see if it works okay for me. _________________ Dwirze ghárìlen ershónyá áqálán.

Did for me too, when I posted that note. I'll check with Tsiasuk and we'll see what we can do. _________________ Dwirze ghárìlen ershónyá áqálán.

Tsiasuk-Pron is still having problems posting. No matter what button he hits, he just gets a preview, but it refuses to submit.
I think he might be using the AOL browser, and have asked him to try Internet Explorer instead, since the AOL browser is awful.
But, he wants you all to know that he's seen a lot of cool things he'd like to respond to, and is finding it frustrating not being able to do so yet! _________________ Dwirze ghárìlen ershónyá áqálán.

That is annoying... I personally haven't used the AOL browser before, but I believe both Firefox and IE work with this site.
Heh, I'm glad that he likes the stuff he has seen, and I understand the frustration. In fact, I wonder if it shows that he is online? I haven't seen it before, but that may be time differences. |

I find that the "who's online" list on phpBB is iffy at best, so I don't know that that's a good measure.
So, ZBB works, Vreleksá doesn't work in either browser for him. I wonder if there's a setting on the back end? I'll try to look around in my Alurhsa board and see, and if I find anything that will do that, I'll let you know. _________________ Dwirze ghárìlen ershónyá áqálán.

Aaaaaaaaa for a minute there I though you were Tsiasul-Pron! And I have no idea why he's having problems. Wish I could do something about it. But what? I don't have the slightest clue as to what to do. Hopefully what ever the problem is it will be solved ASAP.
Wishing you guys tons of luck. Too bad I have nothing to contribute since I know nothing about this kind of thing. Hope all goes well. _________________

Have him create a new account, perhaps? See if that works? |

I'll email him and let him know to give that a try. Then if it works, you can delete the Tsiasuk-Pron account, and rename the new account over to Tsiasuk-Pron, so all will be well.
Cross your fingers (or "pelsháyvá zhë çághán", i.e. circle the chest, to give the Alurhsa good luck ritual...) _________________ Dwirze ghárìlen ershónyá áqálán.

[trivia note.]
Did you know (you might not care, which is okay too...) that the Й letter in most Cyrillic-using languages I know of is more of a "y" sound (that is, /j/ if you want the X-Sampa) than an "i" sound? The one without the breve mark is straight "i". Or, some, like Belorussian and Ukrainian and I think Serbian, use an actual "i" just like the Latin character.

What halyihev said.
'Tis a consonant in all of the Cyrillic-using languages I know anything about. |

No I realised some of what you said. It uses Cyrillic letters but uses different sounds. _________________

Test reply from Tsiasuk-Pron's account.
This is really halyihev, posting from TP's account, still trying to figure out what's going on so TP himself can come and join us here! _________________ Ta Miara, ta Varem vey ta Parem! |

And here I am again, on TP's account, this time from Windows XP using Internet Explorer 7. The first one was from my Mac using Safari.
Let's see if this works. _________________ Ta Miara, ta Varem vey ta Parem! |

I see the message so I guess it's a good thing. Now if only there was away to give that account to the real Tsiasuk-Pron. _________________
