So far I have 5 conlangs written with a sixth idea on my mind. 2 of them are developing simultaneously because I use simple grammar.
I've begun to complete one lexicon and some parts of grammar for one of these but it still has a ways to go. It seems daunting - I don't know where else to start translating (to figure out sentence structure/order) other than using stories that I write.
How long did it take you to complete your conlang enough so that you could speak it and write in it fluently? Where did you begin when translating?
On side note does anyone here know about Kotava? |

I still haven't finished any of my langs, but the translations I started with are the ones available in the translation section of this forum.
No, I haven't heard of Kovata. _________________ Ûke tev Sörshi rax al xlentûr ûkeshi Röt tep.
