time to show some changes I have made:

First off I have added some new phonological rules:
-/e+vowel/ diphthongs cannot appear before palatalized consonants
-if a vowel is affixed after a /(p_h,t_h,k_h)+i/ then /i/ becomes and [e] before /a/ and /u/ and a [u] before a /e/ and a /o/.
- in unaccented syllables /a/ becomes a [6], /e/ becomes [@], /i/ becomes a [i_X], /u/ becomes [M], and /o/ becomes [7].
-in closed syllables /e/ and /o/ become [E] and [O]
-in roots with two aspirated stops the first become unaspirated and the second one stays the same. the same thing go with affixes that are attached to roots with an aspirated stop and same with reduplication. But if a affix with an aspirated stop in it is affixed on to a root with with two aspirated stops the first and last of the three stops are aspirated and the middle on is unaspirated. Unless the final aspirated stop is next two another consonant so then the middle aspirated stop is the only one aspirated.

the grammatical changes are:
-the suffix -yena is now used for the genitive case instead of -ppa
-the suffixes below refer the patient of mono/ditransitive verb and the subject of an intransitive verb:
1st person sing. –we
1st person dual -nga
1st person pl. -pja

2nd person sing. -nua/-wa
2nd person dual -onu/-sa
2nd person pl. -nusi/-sasi

3rd person sing –na
3rd person dual -ne
3rd person pl. –si

1st person excl. dual -tu
1st person excl. pl. –ntu

- the following suffixes refer to the agent of a mono/ditranisitive verb and the reciever of ditranisive verb

1st person sing. -ma
1st person dual -hi
1st person pl. -am

2nd person sing. -so/-ka
2nd person dual -hma
2nd person pl. -om

3rd person sing -si
3rd person dual -wwe
3rd person pl. -myan

1st person excl. dual -he
1st person excl. pl. -em

- suffixaufname used but is not manditory. It is mainly used in the literary language.

Also i think I may make the alignment active-dative in the distant past and distant future.

[EDIT] /ei/ and /ou/ have merged with /e/ and /u/

I have a short question for y'all. How naturalistic do you think my conlang? Are there any suggestions any of you can give to improve it in order to my more naturalistic? And just for fun, what language family do you think influenced my conlang.

Another edit for my conlang phonology. /f/ has become a /p\/.

I think it would take some thought and some time to answer that question.
I want to answer it, and the other questions you asked, but I can't do a good job of that now. Maybe tomorrow. Maybe this coming weekend. Probably next week.

Well I have gotten a lot more done on my conlang. I have expanded massively on the phonology morphology and especially the syntax. I have placed an account for my conlang on CALS. So if you want to take a look here it is http://cals.conlang.org/language/hasu-khomiyo/. I am also working on a website for my conlang and my conculture. And to help me understand my conculture a little bit more I am going to be growing yams of the D. batatas (a.k.a. "chinese wild yam) variety and hopefully D. alata (a.k.a "ube").
