As my name implies, I am a fan of all things Tolkien, so I have decided to try this:
An extension of Tolkien's beyond-unfinished Valarin! Mr. Green

Considering the fact that there is so little, most of it will be like 'oh, I feel like doing this', not for any real reason.

Most of the following is extant or inferred, I haven't put too much thought into it yet.

Phonology
I am using a slightly different orthography than Ardalambion uses, simply because I feel like I can do a better job.

Vowels

Syllable structure is (C)V(C), with allowed medial consonant clusters being br, lg, ll, gw, šk, and st.
Long vowels are accepted, indicated by an acute accent. (á) An apostrophe (') on affixes indicates the previous vowel's lengthening.
Geminate consonants are accepted, indicated by a doubled letter. (tt)

For stress I'm going with the Japanese-esque lack of it, for reasons that I can't seem to explain properly.

Grammar
The only grammar obvious is that most names of Valar end in -'z, and there is an plural infix -um- before the last syllable (máxanáz [authority] > máxanumáz). That makes it more than likely to be agglutinative.
-'z may be an affix indicating nominative case or something similar, since the stem ayanu- [Ainu] is given one place, but listed as ayanúz elsewhere.

The only actual verb is akašán, meaning 'he says'. There are two past participles given, dušamanúðán [marred] and amanaišal [unmarred]. These probably come from different stems, since they are gramatically identical and their only similarity is -aman- (which I am assuming is the past participial infix).

All the syntax that exists is that adjectives follow their nouns.

Comments on my inferences would be nice, and I'll try to come up with some stuff of my own to show soon.

Are there any other allophones besides /r/ and [4]?

How can a language have only one verb?

And when I said 'one verb', I meant one preexisting verb.

I don't think Tolkien ever gave any thought to a script. It probably would just be written with tengwar, since that was the first writing system.

I'm trying to find the site I got it from. It's on Omniglot some where. I'll keep looking for you. I'm using alot of the characters ( it has a lot ) for a conscript.
