(For hymns 1 and 2, with "GOTT", all Abrahamic faiths; with "Gott", all monotheistic faiths; with "gott", all monolatrist or henotheistic faiths. For hymn 3, pretty much the same for "GOD", "God", and "god", and in English "LORD", "Lord", and "lord", except with "lord" the English verse might even be a secular anthem.)

1. (English)
Come, ye thankful people! Come
Sing the joy of "Harvest Home"!
All is safely gathered in,
Ere the winter storms begin;
GOD, our Maker, doth provide
For our needs to be supplied;
Come to GOD's own temple! Come
Sing the joy of "Harvest Home"!

2. (German)
Nun danket alle GOTT
Mit Herzen, Mund und Händen,
Der große Dinge tut
An uns und allen Enden,
Der uns von Mutterleib
Und Kindesbeinen an
Unzählig viel zu gut
Bis hier her hat getan.

(usual English translation:
Now thank we all our GOD,
With hearts, and hands, and voices,
Who wondrous things has done,
In whom His world rejoices:
Who from our mothers' arms
Has blessed us on our way
With countless gifts of love,
And still is ours today. )

3. (Dutch)
Wilt heden nu treden voor GOD, den Heere,
Hem boven al loven van harte zeer,
En maken groot zijns lieven namens eere,
Die daar nu onzen vijand slaat terneer.

(traditional English first verse doesn't really translate the Dutch:
We gather together to ask the LORD's blessing.
He chastens, and hastens His will to make known.
The wicked, oppressing, now cease from distressing.
Sing praises to His name: He forgets not His own.)

How about these?

Fluminis impetus laetificat civitatem Dei sanctificavit tabernaculum suum Altissimus
Deus in medio eius non commovebitur adiuvabit eam Deus mane diluculo
Conturbatae sunt gentes inclinata sunt regna dedit vocem suam mota est terra
Dominus virtutum nobiscum susceptor noster Deus

German:
Ein feste Burg ist unser Gott,
Ein gute Wehr und Waffen;
Er hilft uns frei aus aller Not,
Die uns jetzt hat betroffen.
Der alte böse Feind,
Mit Ernst er's jetzt meint,
Groß Macht und viel List
Sein grausam Rüstung ist,
Auf Erd ist nicht seinsgleichen.

English:
Code:

A mighty fortress is our God,   a bulwark never failing;
Our helper He, amid the flood   of mortal ills prevailing:
For still our ancient foe       doth seek to work us woe;
His craft and power are great,  and, armed with cruel hate,
On earth is not his equal.

Yeah, me too. It was supposed to be pIqad or piQad or whatever the Klingon alphabet is.

I guess this means I'd better put on some speed and get my conlang ready to translate parts of one or some of these.

I'd like to see that. You're pretty much the only person I've never seen original content from on this forum. (Not a criticism, BTW. I very much appreciate all the feedback you've given myself and others)
