Butterflies are probably the best, since they're pretty at least from far off.

(I think I have actual insectophobia, so not really. At least it's not spiders.)

Goodness. Butterflies are far from creepy....Idk but I've heard of people being terrified of them.....why I have no clue.

I honestly see nothing scary about them at all. The only ones IMO you should be terrified of are The Vampire Moth ( not going to elaborate, it should be obvious ) and any of the Lonomia sp. ( the larvae are what you should fear....they can kill you ).

Other then that I'd say you have nothing to be afraid of. I find them graceful and angelic even. Creepy never. I've had the pleasure of raising Painted Ladies for years.

IMO it's what increased my love and fascination with them.....unless of course you lot were all 5 and saw this and got traumatized.

Remember.....this is a cartoon it's not real. No butterfly does this.

Ah, the video is blocked... <__<

Yeah, my fear's pretty irrational - there isn't any reason to dislike them, other than I just sort of don't find them aesthetically pleasing (but that's my opinion). I guess we just have an irreconciliable personality difference ^_^

That's weird......I can watch it just fine. Where are you? Are you at home or what?

And everyone is different. Everyone likes/dislikes different things.

Why? We'll never know ^.^

How old are you 5? Razz Tell them to take it off of YouTube at least. It's ridiculous. The internet isn't fun if it's blocked. Those "Security" programs block everything. Even harmless things.

Plus YouTube's educational too if you know what to look for.

Damn straight it would.

It depends on the content of the page - if it finds certain words, or enough other words, it blocks it. (YouTube as a whole isn't blocked, thankfully.) Parently someone cursed in the comments, which set it off.

Frigging annoying - there's a lot of instances where you're like 'why the crap would this site be blocked?'. It can be very useful in preventing you from seeing things you didn't mean to though.

So if I typed a curse word here it would block this page?

That sucks.

Yeah, it does.

It's happened before >_>

(depends on the strength of the curse word, and you might have to type it several times, but still.)

I just hope that you can unblock it.

So, if, let's say, in any case someone was to have a nasty argument with T_F and wanted not to see him anymore, they could just curse a little bit in Vreleksa, and that would make T_F stay away?

Oh, I'm an evil mastermind. Pardon me or ban me Very Happy

Razz

You'd have to curse in every thread, or curse a sufficient number of times that the whole site is blocked (which would probably be pretty hard). Normally it just blocks pages on an individual basis.

My dad has ultimate control over everything, but he's oddly reluctant to change the settings. (He'll unblock some sites that are automatically blocked, but not much else.)

That's another reason why I love my mommy. She knows to stay away from my computer. ^_^

Oh really?

Madagascan Sunset Moth ( Chrysiridia rhipheus )

So this is terrifying?

And I'M SO SORRY I accidentally edited your post thinking I was quoting it so the last bit is gone....

Shit.

I've gotten lucky. And those are really more black looking just REALLY shiny until the sunlight hits them.

The one in my house was black. She's gone now but it was exciting to have her visit. Only don't come back. You nearly gave me a heart attack the first time. XD

And we get the yellow and black ones too. Yellow Jackets, European Paper Wasp ( which is like a YJ but with orange antennae ).

As for blue wasps. Cuckoo wasps and Orchid bees are plentiful in my local park where there's TONS of foliage.
