Navruz is way more interesting than St. Patrick's day, and most conworlds probably have analogues to it. How would "Happy Navruz (or some beginning-of-spring holiday)" be written in your conlang?

In Bɨɨše culture, the start of spring holiday is Âfɨɨ, and "Happy Âfɨɨ" would consequently be written "Ísìtas Âfɨɨ." The Zoroastrians would be more likely, however, to use "Ãvưz", the Bɨɨše form of "Navruz".

In RL, Easter is a beginning-of-Spring holiday; it's the first Sunday on or after the first full moon on or after the Spring equinox.

The point of it being on or after a full moon is to give pilgrims light to travel by.

The point of it being on Sunday is just, well, it's on Sunday.

Well, the Twin Kingdoms of Alirdyse and Layse wouldn't have such a day because their people either live in a (sub)tropical region or days doesn't last long enough due to early industrialization and its obvious consequences (not too obvious for them).
