As has been said before, it looks very much like Klingon or Romulan - the non-technological side of sci-fi.

Nah, Klingon cheated on Devanagari with Hiragana - it was big news, so I'm surprised you haven't heard.

I don't see the resemblance sorry. Maybe it's just me? I say it looks more like Hiragana.....so maybe it was the other way around Klingon cheated on Devanagari with Hiragana?
But who knows? Usually nothing is ever clear with these sordid love affairs.
