Fixed now.

We don't use Devanagari! We use Bengali!

I suppose I should provide some details about my translation:

Jinnic poetry is based on syllables. In the example I gave, each line is 10 syllables long, except the refrain, which is 5.

Also, in each line, the first word has two syllables, the next one has one, the next three, and the next two have two and two.

In most English transliterations it's Abani, but Wikipedia's gives Ôboni.

Bengali is so pretty-looking. (^_^) I'm gonna translate this into all four of my posted languages when it's not 11 at night! Very Happy

But then how's the name pronounced - Abani or Oboni?
The Bengali text doesn't work for me. Do I lack a font or smth?

Ahaha, it's 11:30 and yet here I am again. (^_^) I justify myself by saying I don't have to get up for work tomorrow so I can stay up as late as I want and not die. Razz

I was too lazy to translate into Ualaxx (perhaps another time) but here are ra cel, Hemnälg, and Tadváradcel, with pathetic glosses. Also the order of gloss and language are switched between ra cel and the others... sorry 'bout that. Hemnälg doesn't have a native word for "rain" - feel free to laugh at its borrowing, /cuck/. It does not rhyme with any particular waterfowl, expletives, hockey necessities, male deer, bending actions, bed-making actions, straw-using actions, nasty associations, or what you need when gambling.
