Tolkien_Freak- my name is pronounced as aorenn. Smile

And it is from my own language. The meaning is "rain". ^_^ And the apostrophes are to show that the starting and the ending letter in this word is not pronounced. Smile

Hemicomputer- I'm in this forum because I love languages since high school, where I learned 4 different languages. And yes, I do have conlags and scripts for my language. Smile

Well, to tell you the truth, I'm not quite clear with that idea at the moment, but the starting letter seams to show the gender(female or male spoken words) and those, who start without any apostrophes are words that are spoken by everyone. The ending letter is a rule in my language- no word in this language ends with constant. Every word always ends with a vowel. Whet this vowel is behind an apostrophe it is not pronounced. Smile

Well, I will post it when I sort and understand all things. You know, it is weird, but untill yesterday I never thought I would be creating my own language. Untill I suddenly found this one phrase spining around in my thoughts, wrote it down and thus my language was born. Smile

Maybe after a couple of days I will be able to post a thread of my language. ^_^
