Not much information here, but I do have a map:

As you can see, the country is divided into many, many areas, reffered to as districts. These are equivalent to administrative divisions present in current countries, however, there is a much greater degree of autonomy between the Central Government and the districts. This is due to a large problem of overpopulation in Gwákâ, leading to the increased immigration to Ílčât (where Gwákâ Žéntrán is located).

What kind of climate does it have? Where in its world is it?

No, the districts do not have names as of yet. As for climate, it is fairly temperate in general, but depending on the location within the country, weather patterns could be quite varied. (For example, violent storms and more precipitation are common in coastal areas, whereas in the more hilly/mountainous areas near the southern border, temperature is generally colder, although with more climatic variation, leading to harsher winters and warm and dry summers.

hmmmmm.... I'm not sure if I've posted my map of Ílčât around here.... has anybody seen it on this forum?

Turns out that I uploaded it to photobucket months ago with the intention of putting it here, but never got around to it. Here it is:

That is a map of Ílčât, a continent settled by the Gwakkians on the east coast, and the Jjeites and Aukitorians on the west coast. It is inhabited also by many indigenous peoples. It must be noted that this is a somewhat outdated map, as borders and countries have changed since I made this map. The area controlled by Gwákâ is the area in the bottom right identified as Gwáká Zhéntrán. (parts of the area to the north of New Gwakka were formerly occupied by the Gwakkians, but then declared their independence as the UFIR).

I'll hopefully upload a newer map soon.
