Have you checked how easy/hard it is to carve those shapes into wood?
Get a piece of wood with variable grain, divide it up like a tic-tac-toe board, and carve your alphabet into each of the nine resulting squares.
I wonder if some of the angles might not be hard to carve, depending on how they relate to the grain of the wood; and might not tire your hand out.
Obviously _ and - and = and \ and / can all be carved in wood.
Less obviously, many or most of
` and # and ^ and + and [ and ] and | and ' and " and < and >
can be carved in wood.
But can A and E and F and H and I and K and k and L and l and M and N and T and V and v and W and w and X and x and Y and y and Z and z and 1 and 4 all be carved in wood?
If all of them can, then I guess so can all of your Retfon letters.
Check out the futhark runes and Ogham. _________________ "We're the healthiest horse in the glue factory" - Erskine Bowles, Co-Chairman of the deficit reduction commission |

Well, to read the bottom phrase:
ngofe fon ten
Even though I knew there has been slight alterations according to some rules.
Not sure what does it mean. |

I'm just curious.
Why is wood seemed to be the main medium of writing? Is it because you just found one behind your garden? |

well, my conculture is basically in my imagination as if my garden were the "known world" of this conculture (and a few others). the people are obviously smaller (about the size of ants). the earthy part by a pond where the 3 main concultures live (and fight for dominance) is surrounded by grass (which to them would be a an almost impassable forest, hence why the "known world" has not grown in their minds. this '"forest" is also inhabited by various tribes of nomads. most writing is done by carving into wood, or for the more well-off citizens of this conculture, sewing grass or reeds together like papyrus. _________________ My Website |

Should someone important was assassinated in the garden realm, will the garden turn into a desert? |
