I just got the LOTR Return of the King complete recordings (which are BEYOND AMAZING), and it made me think - one of the coolest things about the LOTR movies is that the majority of the soundtrack is sung in conlangs, and I find that awesome.

I don't know why, but hearing conlangs sung as if they were real languages gives me a weird happy feeling.

I meant to say, what was the name of that compilation of the soundtrack?

I could try to find a similar one in music stores here, if I am lucky enough, or if there is actually demand here for them to supply it.

I bought it on Amazon, I don't think it would sell in stores.

It's the Lord of the Rings: Return of the King Complete Recordings. 4 hours of music from one movie.
The ones from the first two movies are good too, but the second one has an annoyingly disproportionate amount of Old English (masquerading as Rohirric). There's just an annoying amount of it.

Old English in LoTR actually involves quite a bit of conwork, since there is actually little material. I think...

I've only found one non-Tolkienan recording of a conlang in music. It was in Irina Rempt's conlang. All voice.
