How do your inhabitants respond to death?

How are they buried?
Is there a ritual/ceremony?
Who is invited?
What happens to rich/important people? During burial and afterlife?
What happens to wrongdoers? During burial and afterlife?

There's probably more, but I'm in a rush. so those are for starters.

1. The body to the soul is seen of no particular importance after death, so the body is normally just cremated. The family of the lost loved one scaters the ashes into a river, so that they can flow easily to heaven.
2. A flower is picked to represent the lost loved one. Two petals from the flower are picked and are placed on an altar for a prolonged period of time. It is when the family receives their first "message from beyond" that they can take the petals off the altar.
3. The family, friends, and any normal civilian who wishes to attend.
4. There is an equality in my consociety because it is a theocracy, so nothing in particular happens to the rich after they die accept for the normal ceremony. If a priest dies, then he is cremated and his ashes are put in an urn in a special mosolieum where other priests' ashes are kept. This only happens because their contributions to society are great. However, if the priests choose to, they may be cremated and scattered just like a normal person. For this reason, there are not many ashes in the priest mosolieums.
5. Sinners are cremated just as normal people are. A flower is still picked, however it is bathed in holy water in hopes that God will forgive them. Only the baddest of the bad go to Hell (Ex: Adolf Hitler, mass murderers who were mentally stable, people who claim to kill in the name of God, etc.). However, all wrong doers have to spend a hefty amount of time in purgatory before they are purified enough to get into heaven.

How are they buried? Their bodies are buried near the ocean by the family of the dead person
Is there a ritual/ceremony? No
Who is invited? Nobody
What happens to rich/important people? During burial and afterlife? Nothing in particular duringburial;haven't thought much about the afterlife
What happens to wrongdoers? During burial and afterlife? Nothing during burial; during the afterlife, all their sins are intensified and done to them.

How do your inhabitants respond to death? They see death as a happy time to celebrate one's life. Though their may be sorrow, most of the time people are happy for the eprson who has died, because they know that they are needed in the Casaia to start a new life.

How are they buried? When one is born, they are given a tree seed as a gift (a Kasuzh Tree). Their parents plant it for them in an area (most likely near their trees) and once the person is old enough they water and look after the tree themsleves. Once they die, their tree is chopped down and the wood is used for the fire at the party where they perform the rituals and the person is buried in the place the tree once stood.

Is there a ritual/ceremony? Yes. A group of women perform the dance of blood/death (Glalu Ganasu) and then afterwards the local Kojamsha performs a ritual that is still, yet, not known very much about, as she performs it alone.

Who is invited? Most of the time it is just the family and friends, but
if it is a small town, the whole town comes.

What happens to rich/important people? During burial and afterlife? Everybody is equal. Even if the person is rich/important or poor/insignificant, their burial ceremonies are the same.

What happens to wrongdoers? During burial and afterlife?Again, though the person may have done wrong in their life, their body is still treated the same as everybody else's. The Agishians believe that they are punished by the Jebor and then is sent to the Casaia to begin a new life.

Is there a ritual/ceremony? No.
Who is invited? Close friends, family
What happens to rich/important people? During burial and afterlife? They don't believe in an afterlife.
What happens to wrongdoers? During burial and afterlife? They are usually buried on the earth, which is a far less honourable way to be buried.
