I don't own this computer.
I can't download software to it.
I can't permanently save any data on it.
I can save a max of about 5 Megabytes of data from it, to my Yahoo! briefcase.
I can't spend any money.

Given the above restrictions, is there a way for me to make scripts? And save them? And post them for other people to look at them?

Thanks.

Hello! Very Happy

So you can't utilize that computer you're using to the fullest extent? Someone may more adequately answer these questions, since I'm not an expert on the topic of computers, and there are certainly people better than me in making scripts. Just take my words with caution, I'm not really expert.Embarassed

1. You are using a public computer in a shop? Or are you using a friend's/relative's computer? If the latter, then maybe the best thing would be to make a concession.

2. You could probably do it in Paint, other non-Windows computers I think have similar software to it. It's very useful. You probably can't do something fancier, though.

3. When I used a computer in an internet shop, I also saved my files to my Gmail account. I guess you may have trouble posting, maybe you could ask someone to post. I could also suggest a photobucket account, okay-ish storage space.

I hope that helps, even a bit.

But thanks for the help.

A public library computer, owned by the city government, meant to be used by anyone who receives a library card.

Someone else also suggested that; and had done some scripts in Paint for me to look at. (That's M.S. Paint, isn't it?)

Actually it's pretty simple; it takes about twice as long as it would if I actually owned the computer, but none of the steps is any harder.

Are photobucket accounts free? How do you get one?

Oh, yes! Probably more than "a bit".

Thanks!

Photobucket accounts are free. I have one. You can go directly there, and a button at the top right corner takes you to the registration.

This is why I hate public computers with a passion. You can't do shit on them.
