You can see the Alurhsa flag to the left of this post, since I use it as my avatar.

The regional flags are at: http://alurhsa.org/geography/regions.html (they're all links to descriptions, too). However, a few of them I think I got wrong now, and so I have some redesigns in mind. Asketana, for example, should be a white flag with a red stripe at the bottom and a large scimitar-like sword facing outward from the pole.

I have designed only one flag; it's the flag for Adpihi. But I've never put it online yet. I don't know how yet. But I've decided to try.

Pretty flags, pretty scripties! Mr. Green I have no idea on how I would make a flag. And I wouldn't dare draw one.

Making a flag is as easy as making a script.

Not on the computer but by hand yes. But mine would probably be kinda messy or something. IDK, I'll see what I can come up with.

They're not hard if you go for easy shapes, like stripes or bars or whatnot. A bit more challenging if you're thinking you'd like a good representation of an animal, for example.

I want a globe in the center, surrounded by a cross, a man, an open codex (a book that isn't a scroll), and a -- sorry, forgot the fourth thing. I think that's going to be difficult.

Globe and cross aren't hard, those are reasonably easy shapes to produce in any drawing tool. The codex could be tough, although if you can find a picture of one you could probably superimpose it. The fourth thing is, of course, infinitely difficult at this point. Razz

This just came to me this morning:

It's the flag of Holxen, my main con-country.

In my conworld, most are anarchists, so they don't recognize a need for a flag. Tribes develop their own sense of morality and ethics without a constitution.

I like it. Is Holxen in Keta? or somewhere else?

I don't have a flag for Gwakka yet, nor do I have any for any of the countries in Ilchaht, although New Gwakka, and the Western Territory, would use the Gwakkian flag, being Gwakkian colonies.

I'll post them when I make them, I promise! Also, I will post Calligraphic Gwakkian and my new, yet-to-be-named script as soon as my scanner is working.

Yes, it is in Keta.

You should make some flags, they make the conworld seem much more "real".

Looking forward to it!
