Those are two old scripts of the same language(obsolete), no name for them. A bit of hindic influence in these.
These don't look very good on the computer, and only a little bit better handwritten. I have allot more(some much better) that I can't find right now, so I'll post them later.
And I'm very happy with my current script, but it's too hard to get on the computer so I'll not post any. I really like it, but I really don't like that it's based so heavily on another script, so I'm not shure what to do. I really don't like having a script based off of anything(except mechanics wise) |

I like those two scripts a lot! ^_^ They are very beautiful, the second script doesn't seem to fit as nicely and the the first one is my favourite. I like the Hindic influence, very nice indeed.
And for your current script, try and adapt and change it slightly and continue doing this until it looks quite remote from the original script. May I ask which script it is based upon? |

Nice, and I agree with you StrangeMagic, the second one isn't as beautiful as the first, but great job. Its twirliness and curliness are so peaceful to look at. |

The Yi syllabary. The problem isn't so much how similiar it looks as that it isn't completely my own, I suppose, I think. |

Of course it will be your own, as long as there are clear differences between the scripts and that you have put your own thought and ideas into it. |

OMG! Those are so beautiful! Kudos and boingies to you!
Oh and I already know about the first one since you sent me the image. But I would like to see lots of samples of the scripts you posted ( if possible ) and your current script ( if that's not already posted ) if you don't mind.
Thank you! I'm basing a script on the first one since it's my favorite out of the bunch. I ♥ inspiration! _________________

I am posting on behalf of Tsulaokiw because s/he is having problems posting.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A couple more:
A couple attempts at a logography, none of them really worked out.
1-I found that you can understand english with only the middle strip of all the characters in the roman alphabet, so I attempted to model a script off that principle.
2-I just wanted to try a boustrophedon verticle script that had separate characters based on position, including the edge of the passage.
3-I don't know what I was thinking when I wrote that. Very interesting looking, to me, though. I think it looks a tiny tiny bit like Mende. Here's a little more I just tried to put on the computer:
4-An attempt to make a script off of Arabic calligraphy, failed miserably. It just looks like squiggles.
5-Probably my favourite off of all of those, it has a little bit of Mayan in it, in that it can have a certain ammount of characters in each block.
Current script, very much based off of the Yi syllabary. There's only a couple characters that are the same, and none of them represent the same syllables, I believe.
I feel it'd be impossible for something so similiar to have evolved in my conworld, though, and I'm going entirely for realism.
I still like it allot, probably'll keep using it in my personal writtings.
Sorry on how it split half way like that, I don't know why it did that and I don't really know how to fix it. Should be twice as wide and without the black side.
And sorry about them being so big, I tried to make the file sizes lower, but I couldn't really without much crippling the quality of the scripts. |

OMG! I love them! But how come on some of them there's a black box? _________________
