I don't know. Sounds like an interesting question. What language (or language-ish app) was s/he writing in? _________________ "We're the healthiest horse in the glue factory" - Erskine Bowles, Co-Chairman of the deficit reduction commission |

Right, Brooke, a very important part of one's life...

Very unlikely, Bill, especially because of all those times we smashed them or we "painted them black" with insecticide sprays... _________________ Seos nivo adgene Kizne tikelke

Hello! I am back from my class and ready to dive into The Thing Explainer again. I tried, I really did, but functioning in a foreign language all day really drains me and I just couldn't do conlanging too. But it's over and I'm back to the grind with no homework to worry about so I will try to upload that page I got stuck on by the end of tomorrow. (Dunno what time zone you all are in but I'm in Hawaii, so I guess your day could be tomorrow already.) _________________ I have some small knowledge of:
English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Spanish, French
I would like to learn:
Italian, Norwegian, Gaelic
Main conlangs:
ddamachel, tadvaradcel, ra cel, lashel, hemnalg, nomah |

What class and what language?
I have a feeling you already said, but it isn't on this thread; in fact I can't find the specific language anywhere, though there's a post about East Asian languages. Was it Korean? _________________ "We're the healthiest horse in the glue factory" - Erskine Bowles, Co-Chairman of the deficit reduction commission |

Ja, it was Korean, and just a refresher course. I have failed to upload the thing. -_- I didn't do it right away and then I got sick so I basically slept for the past couple days. But I'll do it, I swear. _________________ I have some small knowledge of:

I have read your Thing Explainer thread with interest.

The politics and economy of their world still need a massive amount of work, so I must admit I never considered taxes. I did, however, adult well this year and did my own early! Wooo. I also promise to stop making promises I can't keep, like uploading Thing Explainer stuff. I appreciate you reading it! I will upload the next one, I just won't say a particular day because at this rate I probably won't meet my own deadline. :/ _________________ I have some small knowledge of:

Hey, you guys! Just adding myself alongside Eldin as a guy who checks the board periodically (I just don't actually inform anyone of my presence, I suppose).
While my interest in linguistics hasn't waned much, I've been significantly more focused on learning natural languages atm (in particular, Japanese). As such I've done virtually no work on AR since my last post on it, but I still have all my saved data for it and am certainly interested in getting back to it at some point.
I don't really have questions for anyone though. I'll leave those up to Eldin.
Hope everyone's doing well! _________________ Fluent or nearly fluent in: English, Japanese, German

I've been thinking maybe I should work harder on one or a few natural languages; my daughter's interests are in those, not in conlanging.
Also, though, I'm interested in ways of generating utterances, clauses, words, lexicons, grammars (syntax and morphology), and so on.
And today I just made some progress on Adpihi's writing system. _________________ "We're the healthiest horse in the glue factory" - Erskine Bowles, Co-Chairman of the deficit reduction commission |

Lately I've been busy writing stories or roleplaying in order to improve my language skills so I haven't been conlanging much lately. I once roleplayed in Spanish but now I'm doing it in English. _________________ Seos nivo adgene Kizne tikelke
