   HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY!
Now before you say something like "I don't care about St. Patrick's Day" or something along the lines let me let you know that I don't care.
Now for the rest of you I think you know what I want from you..... I'd like to know how you would say Happy St. Patrick's Day in your conlangs ( see requirements below ) and how you'd write them in your pretty scripties.
If you don't.....well let's just say that the St. Patrick's Day boingies won't be too happy....and you won't be either after they're done with you.....
So as usual I'll start:
Pretty scripties! Another way you could say it in Käläli is:
Memišu kisäru puraturikuzë iażudwapi
In Āndānese Naseshi kikapi literally "Green Day" ( no not the band idiot  ) or "Day (of) Green". So now my requirements.
Please note that if they are not fulfilled you will die..... JK
Requirements:
♣ Must translate HSTPD ( Happy St. Patrick's Day ) in your conlang
♣ Would also like to know if they're are similar holidays in your conworld.
♣ You can translate either
♣ You MUST write it in your pretty scripties ( if your lang has one ).
♣ If not the boingies will come after you.....

As for Emitare, I still don't have a way to say 'Happy X Day', nor do I have a word for 'saint' (or 'green' for that matter), so I can't really do this one. Sorry! |

Latvian: Priecīgu Sv.Patrika dienu!
Anyhowz, it's interesting how in movies, when running away from chasers, one can blend in the March of St.Patrick's day, independent of time of day, tome of year or country for that matter. (The other version is the Chinese New Year  ) |

Twelve years ago today (1998/Mar/17) our daughter came to live with us.
We went out to celebrate tonight -- her choice.
(We celebrate this anniversary more than the anniversary of adopting her, 2002/Feb/22).

The kinet (who speak ddamychal) do have a drinking holiday, but it falls on the second Sunday (or, equivalent of) in the third month, and traditionally celebrates the successful start of the planting season. The holiday lasts for three days and involves stomp dancing and drinking lots of “farmer’s liquor,” which is like a mild beer, and often is accompanied by a day-long fair at which people can buy this liquor or various homemade crafts created during the pre-planting lull of inactivity. None of the other people with translations here have a holiday remotely similar to St. Patty’s Day, except for the people in Burstänby, who’ve simply turned it into a drinking day in the middle of the hot season as a sort of informal and unofficial break from work. It is a recent addition to the holiday list, acquired from friendly interactions outside of Sträva with those who borrowed the idea from the kinet.
I seem to have lost all my information on ddamychal writing, so what you see here is a completely revised version from the older scripts I had around.

You can see ra cel here. It's very similar to Tadvaradcel, but only because the Tadvarad borrowed and adapted this alphabet.
