Also, as promised, here is my calligraphic form of the Gwákén script, used mainly as an art form and for some official purposes. In Gwákah, only certain figures of importance (scribes and dignitaries) would be able to read and write this script.

I see you haven't solved the mystery of the two H's yet...

Looks good anyhow! Smile

I'm still scratching my head as to why I made two symbols for "h". I believe that the correct one is the second symbol, but for some reason the first one looks familiar too... Question

Well, the letters all have a similar look to them. The second H reminded me of at least two others from the original.

When I see the calligraphic version, it almost looks like musical clefs, more like, the G-Clef, or something. Also, it seems to evolve from the runic version.

Perhaps the two Hs coming out like that must have been inspirational. I mean, perhaps, one is being pharyngeal and the other epiglottal?

Not sure. But anyways, its very nice. I would like to see its refined version though.

@Serali: Yes, the letters connect. The script alternates being written left-to-right and right-to-left, so when changing lines, the letters are still connected.

@miaphenthus: I suppose it does look like clefs, but that was not the intention. The Gwakkian language doesn't have a pharyngeal H, so that wasn't the reason why. I think I made a mistake when transferring the script between two sheets of paper.

Would like to see some samples of it. It sounds cool the way it's written in 2 directions and all the letters still connect.

Wanna see samples ASAP!

Sure, I have some now, but they use the old version, with different characters. I'll post some with the new characters (the ones that are here), they look much nicer.
