I have been thinking about making a conworld just recently, but don't know exaclty what to do. For the past 6 years now I have mainly focused on a group of small islands that I made up, Hiaeteland (Gapsland) just north of Russia in the Laptev sea.

There are 4 main Islands known as Hirsch (home for my conlangs based on german and russian), Ilijk modernly known as Langeland (home to a different variety of a dutch-based conlang from Chryslar, another island), Chryslar (home to some more dutch-based conlangs, that are more closely related to dutch) and Allasphette (home to my current conlang Agishian and some old conlangs based on spanish, french and italian).

I have been wondering whether I should use these Islands to make the continents for my whole new world of NEW conlangs, that I shall make in the future or whether I should make a whole new map altogether.

What do you think?

I think I'll call my conworld Ethaya (soul in the Bú dialect of Agishian).

Wow! It seems like you've done a lot of work, I think you're doing a great job.

Creating a conworld for all your conlangs is a good idea, and I really love all those maps that you have done.

Thanks, I drew out the map first then used Paint Shop Pro to edit it, so the conitnents would fit together on a map. Then I just used paint to put in the writing and to shade in where Agizabra is.

Wholly! Do you stay up on the comp until 4am? I stay on it until about 12:30 (sometimes even til 2am), but no later.

What time is it in NY now? Would it be about quarter past 1? Just a guess since its 3:15pm here now.

I thought I was addicted! LOL, I usually only go on until 12pm on the weekends and only until about 9:30 on weekdays.
