It's a TC; translate it into your 'lang, then if you can write it out in your conscript. An X-SAMPA (or Z-SAMPA or CXS or even an IPA) guide to its pronunciation might be good. So might an Interlinear Morpheme-by-morpheme Glossing/Translation.

I have no idea why it's a poll, nor what the options mean.

Yaini lenie yae. Alyusani lenie alyue.
happy.NOM-2.COP person-2.POSSGEN.ATT happy.NOM.STAT. sad.NOM.FRAC-2.COP person-2.POSSGEN.ATT sad.NOM.STAT.
"Two people's happiness is two happinesses. Two people's sadness is half a sadness."

Degrees of fractionality are marked by fractional number plus another number. So FRAC-2 is half, FRAC-4 is a quarter. To say 'three quarters' it's FRAC-4-3.

The first two words make me think of that greeting from the Lord of the Rings - Yéni ve lintie! or whatever it was. (^_^) I like your fraction idea much!

Here's X-SAMPA for mine -
/Isral sabEka hala Isral xidan. jonhEn sabEka hala Zerjonhen/

[nerd]It's from the second line of Namarië -
Ai, laurië lantar lassi súrinen
Yéni ve linte yuldar avanier...[/nerd]
Thanks! ^_^

My orthography is so simple, this is the X-SAMPA:
/jaini lenie jae. aljMsani lenie aljMe/

Yeah! I suppose I could've looked it up myself, but I'm such a lazy bum. Razz

Vaijerīna:
An tieretan fana an 2yan wez fana pere. An tieretan trista an medan trista pere.
A shared joy a two times joy is. A shared sadness a half-like sadness is.

Sillerīna:
Tyerem fana ja dyam hwezam fana pyere. Tyerem tarisata ja nedam tarisata pyere.
Shared joy [SUB] two time-like joy is. Shared sad-thing [SUB] half-like sad-thing is.

I guess, there is no need to say that those two are quite related Very Happy
