How do I put a photo in the message body, instead of just putting in a link?

Link to what? I can't put the picture on Flickr because it's too big, according to their limit.

Well, you need the link to the exact pic (right click --> open image in new), and then you put it bettween [img] and [/img] and voila

Yes, I think I have to rescan the pages as jpgs instead of tiffs. Maybe. I'm not really sure what either of those are.

IDK if tiffs can be uploaded by Photobucket online service - AFAIK it's a kind of obscure file format. Do it as PNGs though - they're way higher quality with not much bigger size. (JPGs really aren't that great.)

I think Photobucket's upload limit is 1 MB, which should be more than enough.
