That little island looks like an interesting site for some conflicts. Also, I'm not sure the borders of the countries would ignore the rivers as much as they do. Rivers form good natural boundaries. I like that word Liritha. For some reason it strikes my fancy.

Along with what killerken has said, I think that the shoreline is a little too straight, I think they should be more jaggedy to make them look more realistic. And I really like the names of the places. ^_^ Though the white on the lime green is a little hard to read.

Overall, it looks like this map can develop into something really nice. =D

I like it- but the one curiosity that I have is why are the countries all the same size? Usually some countries/factions will be more powerful than all others, which would lead to them often being bigger than the others.
