Are there and Goddesses in your conreligion(s)? Yes, both.

Is the highest deity a God or a Goddess? The Goddess is considered highest in the deity (Selasts (Kobora))

What roles do a selection of deities play? Protector of the Ezaia, the night, the day, the sun, the moon, and lots of other ones.

QINTARIST

Qintarist derived from the ancient polytheist cults of the ancient inhabitants of the island of what is now The Republic of Ùrobas. These people believed in multiple deities, one for almost every problem they faced.

Among these many deities, are Tórol the God of war, Elymna the Goddess of beauty and Qintara himself, the father of all deities: the high God of the people.

These inhabitants used to worship at sites called Perrus Granuns. Literally old Ùrobasican for Big Rocks. At the sites were a dolmen set upon a grand altar. The offerings would be set alight in the centre of these dolmens as it was usually the highest point.

Over the years, many of the deities were lost but there are still dozens of identifiable ones who are now still used by the people of Ùrobas. They now congregate once fortnightly at more modern sites now known as Grañaliós - literally place which is great. These places preserve the dolmen rock but offerings are now placed in a long tray inside the small temples which are next to the sites.

These deities are highly respected and one may only choose 2 deities at one time. If these congregations cannot take place, there are shrines in every town and city. Fortnightly, the people will come to these shrines and place offerings into the tray or take 5 minutes to pray and reflect whilst they kneel before the statue of their deities.

These deities are set in a mystical world where war has ravaged - and each deity has a specific offering type and specific role. As mentioned above, here are some of the surviving deities.

Qintara - He is the father of all deities but isn't considered one, as all people have him as their default lord. He is known for his compassion and courage when fending off the minions of evil in a great war which ravaged the fantasy world of Ae Tyldar - literally world of Ae Tyl - Ae Tyllans are the name of the ancestral tribes of whom the Ùrobasican people descend.

Offering: Fruit, nothing (He is compassionate)

Blessings: Overall protection and good will.

Tórol - Son of Tórolir - Qintara's brother and he is the God of war. Though don't let that make him sound evil, coz he's not. He is the God of war as in protector of the Ae Tyldar kingdom and so he is considered a hero. He is strong but abit greedy.

Offerings: Blood (lols), stone of Ilnoktar (a common stone found in Ùrobas - granite like stone)

Blessings: Strength and courage in a personal conflict.

Elymna - Daughter of Qintara and Kaenora, she is a gentle deity yet she has the fighting spirit of her father and uncle. Elymna was said to have been wounded during the Great war - by an arrow by the dark Lord Saeros. This drained her beauty and so by offering to her, her beauty is restored.

Offerings: Flowers or any plant.

Blessings: A beautiful soul, cleanses the evil.

Thareltor - God of culinary in general. He is the one who cooks the meals for all the deities and so needs your help with the ingredients.

Offerings: Culinary objects, spices, cutlery.

Blessings: Patience and cleanse your food of evil.

Terenyur - Goddess of health. She is the mother of Thareltor and cousin of Tyrretha. She will bless you with health.

Offerings: Food, a prayer or two - even if you help her son.

Blessings: Good health

Tyrretha - She is the Goddess of wisdom, and the cousin of Terenyur. She will grant you knowledge in not just education but in life.

Offerings: A page of prayers.

Blessings: Knowledge in general and encouragement to think twice in life.

Are there any Gods in your conreligion(s)? Exactly one (mostly).
Are there any Goddesses in your conreligion(s)? Each believer makes up his/her own mind whether the Deity is a God or a Goddess or whatever.
How many deities do you have? Each believer is assumed to have exactly one; and it is assumed that each believer's deity is the same as every other believer's deity. For the most part these assumptions are accurate.
How highly regarded are they in the conculture? Pretty highly.
How are they worshipped? Mostly in private; mostly however the believer thinks he or she should.
Are there special days for the deities? Depends on the believer.
What or who helps alongside the deities? (angels/elves/fairies/etc) This also depends on the believer. But for some believers, angels or saints may take the place of the pantheon a polytheist would have.

It doesn't have any. In the twin kingdoms of Alirdyse and Layse religion is almost non existant after a war ended. There are some traces of religious beliefs but not too many or they don't tell you anything about it in public.

There are 3 Principles, Forces or Gods (depending on a person's viewpoint):

Order, Chaos and Inspiration aka Temptation. All of them are equally powerful.

Anyone, all beings can be "manipulated" by any of them, there are some affinities but they wouldn't stop a not so highly regarded "deity" to make good use of their abilities or their lives...

May Day(?) - Nirsekema (lit. worker's (free) time)

New Year's Day isn't a festivity but a solemn royal event. Common people may not work because they may like to visit the capital or Kegaenise (in this case the Relganzise) and it would last 3 days, the longest festivity in the twin kingdoms.

Well, actually Nirsekema is celebrated in the twin kingdoms and it resembles a Worker's and a Father's Day.
