The name is Eleypherion. But you won't be able to find it becasue I'm working jointly with my sister on it and we want to keep it private for the time being but you may see it from time to time! ^^ Sorry about that.

I'm unsure.... but tell you what. If you give me a passage to translate, I'll be happy to do it and maybe give a gloss to it. ^_^

Il ramat ninga, il tuliasirandaru
Bu lamsar elminoz yun triblock sujundiz
Triblock sujundiz, lampain, shru!
(Ne lamsar eximinplu uion pill)

Il ramat ninga, il tul-iasiran-daru
Bu lamsar elmin-oz yun triblock su-jund-iz
Triblock su-jun-iz, lampain, shru!
(Ne lamsar exi-minplu uion pill)

The day other, the (circumfix-upon)stair(circumfix-upon)
A man meet-(simple past, 1st person), who there (negation)-be(locative)-(simple past, 3rd person)
There (negation)-be(locative)-(simple past, 3rd person), again, today
That guy go-(hopeful mood) away would

The day other, the stair-upon
A man I met who there wasn’t
He there wasn’t, again, today
(That guy go-wish away would)

Okay, the first one is the English of course.
Then I have the Eleypherion version
Then the Eleypherion version showing how it was formed
And then the gloss <--- which is done terribly!
And finally the literal translation of the text

Is there any difference between "sujundiz" and "sujuniz"?

Is that the one with script that's also private? Because I remember reading some where that one of your conlangs had a script.

Thank you very much for this. It looks very nice....Hmmmm, I wonder how I posted when I wasn't around yesterday......oh, this was from the other thread, I remember. No harm done Very Happy

I like the circumfixes, that's my favorite part! I haven't seen much conlangs do it. And the gloss was fine!
The hopeful mood as well, I finally saw it!

Yeh, LOL, I decided to split the thread.

Thank you, I thought that I should try and add in a few unique ideas but I hadn't even heard of circumfixes before! The gloss is okay I guess, but it isn't the 'proper' way to do it is it? There was a name for the type of gloss but I've forgotten.

As I don't know linguistics, I don't know it as well sadly. But it's still fine.

Why don't you try pulling all the stops? Vowel mutations? Consonant mutation a la Celtic? Reduplication, whether partial or full? Infixes?

Right now, I really don't think I have the time and effort to re-vamp the phonology etc. Mainly due to school work but also the fact that we're in fact in the middle of creating vocabulary and it is going to be a pain to re-do/edit the 2000 or so words we already have, LOL.

However, I have done some reduplication of syllable sounds, this was for the archaic version of the pluralisation. So for example:

greka - fire
Would be grekaka for fires in the archaic version, but now it would be grekaga.

And I also have infixes for my gerunds.
