Either make the thing smaller, or use something like a compressor that changes it to a .zip or something.... I'm not much help but this is what I believe should work.

And how do you make the thing smaller? Because the pic that I'm trying to get the KB size down below 6KB is animated and when I tried to do something with it using Adobe Photoshop 7.0 it said that I would loose info if I did anything to it.

So could some one who knows do it for me?

It's size in bytes is a measure of how much information there is in it. There is no way to make that smaller without losing information, unless it's redundant and uses more bits/bytes than it needs to for the information it contains.
In the latter case a compressor will work on it; but you can't compress anything that's already been compresses, because if you try, you actually might make it bigger instead of smaller; that's just a mathematical fact of all compression algorithms.
The best way to help you (probably) is to convince you no such help is available; what you want done can't be done. If 6KB is too big, just send less information; that's the only choice God has made available in this universe (or in any universe where God hasn't gone crazy).
